Persistent Litigator

Henry has recovered millions of dollars for his clients through his litigation practice. He has litigated in a multitude of state and federal courts around the country, as well as in 70 different counties. He has also represented clients in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2015, the Tennessee Commission of Continuing Legal Education and Specialization petitioned the Supreme Court of Tennessee to certify him as an approved mentor to attorneys.

Family Man

Henry calls Nashville home. He is the proud father of three kids, one of which is in college with the other two following shortly thereafter. He is a devoted husband, father, and friend, and has served as a cherished mentor to younger attorneys who are grateful for the opportunities he has given them through his time and generosity.
